You supply the label.
We can apply resin to suitable labels printed and cut by the client or another supplier. Please do not weed supplied labels. The surrounding waste matrix must remain intact so that we can weed the labels immediately before applying the resin. We may first test the face material, ink or coating, release liner, spacing and cut edge to confirm that the labels will dome consistently.

What is resin doming?
Resin doming applies a controlled layer of clear resin over a printed label. Once cured, it forms a raised, glossy lens that adds visual depth, a tactile finish and protection from everyday handling.
Can Formsxpress dome labels supplied by a client?
Yes. We can apply resin doming to suitable labels supplied by you. Do not weed the labels before delivery: the surrounding waste matrix must remain intact, because weeding must happen immediately before the resin is applied. The face material, inks or coatings, cut edge, spacing and release liner may need to be tested before the main production run.
Can Formsxpress print the labels too?
Yes. We can manage the complete route from digital label printing and cutting through to resin doming and packing.
Are resin-domed labels waterproof and suitable outdoors?
The clear dome provides useful protection from moisture and normal handling, but suitability depends on the complete label construction, adhesive, surface and exposure. Tell us about outdoor, chemical, heat or other demanding conditions so the application can be assessed and tested.
